About Me

I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and an accredited membership of the NCPS, practising in line with their Code of Conduct.

I have extensive experience in addiction counselling and offer trauma-informed, long-term therapeutic support.

I also worked for over six years in the care sector, supporting people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and dementia.

As an integrative humanistic counsellor, I tailor my approach to fit you — there’s no one-size-fits-all. Every client is unique, and I adapt my methods to meet your individual needs.

My approaches

Relational Therapy:

The relationship between Therapist and Client is the fundamental basis of our work together. By building trust, we together create a warm and nurturing space where you can feel safe to explore and work through your thoughts and feelings.

Person-centred Therapy:

Working in a person-centered approach means I take a non-directive stance, allowing you to guide the sessions at a pace that suits your needs. I am here meeting you where you are at in each session.

Transactional Analysis:

Transactional analysis focuses on the three ego states we as people experience on each given day: The Parent, Adult and Child.

Each state has a different communication style and narrative. Working with each ego state helps you to adapt your communication needs in your relationships.

Psychodynamic:

Working within the Psychodynamic approach supports you by going to the root of the problem, by focusing on your historical story helps you adapt to the person you are today.

I support a variety of needs including:

Depression,

Mood disorders,

Addiction,

Anxiety,

Autism,

ADHD,

Complex Trauma,

LGBTQ+,

Grief and Loss,
