The Sessions I Offer

Addiction

When working within an addiction framework we will first gather your history and set clear, achievable goals.

Safety and stabilisation is the priority, and will help you find regulation strategies that feel right for you.

Whether you’re actively trying to stop the addiction or are still contemplating change, sessions are adapted to your pace and readiness.

Mood disorders and anxiety

We will work in an integrative approach to mood disorders and anxiety. the sessions are client-led and are non-directive:

you set the pace and bring the material you want to explore, and I support you in understanding and processing it.

Work can include: emotional awareness and self-compassion for parts of yourself that are struggling, alongside skills-based tools for regulation and day-to-day functioning.

We would also gather relevant history and background to clarify patterns and possible root causes, so treatment isn’t limited to a fixed number of sessions but tailored to your needs and progress.

LGBTQIA+

Sessions are offered in a non-directive, client-led way, giving you the time and space to explore your story with a therapist who has lived experience.

You may encounter conflicting feelings or shifts in identity that differ from who you used to be; therapy provides a safe, supportive environment to reflect on and work through those changes.
