My approaches
Relational Therapy:
The relationship between Therapist and Client is the fundamental basis of our work together. By building trust, we together create a warm and nurturing space where you can feel safe to explore and work through your thoughts and feelings.
Person-centred Therapy:
Working in a person‑centred way means I step back so you’re the one who leads each session. You set the pace, bring what matters to you, and I follow—offering my full presence, gentle clarification, and reflections that help you notice what’s important.
I’m here to meet you where you are in this moment, supporting your choices, honouring your experiences, and holding a steady, non‑judgmental space as you explore, decide, and move forward.
Transactional Analysis:
Transactional analysis focuses on the three ego states we as people experience on each given day: The Parent, Adult and Child.
Each state has a different communication style and narrative. Working with each ego state helps you to adapt your communication needs in your relationships.
Psychodynamic:
Working within the Psychodynamic approach supports you by going to the root of the problem, by focusing on your historical story helps you adapt to the person you are today.
