About me

My name is Danielle, and I offer online and telephone counselling.

Finding the right counsellor can feel daunting. I’m based in Bristol but available to clients across the UK.

I offer a space for you to explore your story without judgement and opinions but can support you in recognising patterns in thoughts and behaviours. I am a person who believes that building trust in our relationship is the first step in supporting your needs.

You might be coming to terms with an addiction and recognising that you need support to make lasting changes. Or perhaps certain thoughts and behaviours are starting to harm your relationships. You may also be worried these patterns could become rooted and you want to better understand this part of yourself. Whatever brings you here, seeking insight and help is a brave and important step.

Have you noticed your thoughts and feelings growing heavy, and that you’re no longer finding joy in your life or relationships?

Do you find it hard to connect with your identity and want a space to explore who you are with someone who has lived experience?

I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Plymouth University and an accredited member of the NCPS, practising in accordance with their Code of Conduct.

I have work and lived experience in addiction counselling and offer trauma-informed, long-term or short-term therapeutic support.

I also worked for over six years in the care sector, supporting people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and dementia where I recognise grief can come in many forms.

I’m based in Bristol but see clients across the UK via online or telephone sessions.

As an integrative humanistic counsellor, I tailor my approach to fit you — there’s no one-size-fits-all. Every client is unique, and I adapt my methods to meet your individual needs.

I support a variety of needs including, but not limited to:

  • Addiction

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety

  • Autism

  • Complex Trauma

  • Depression

  • Disabilities

  • Grief and Loss

  • LGBTQIA+

  • Mood disorders

I offer a free 20-minute consultation by Zoom or phone so we can get to know each other and clarify your needs.

Regular sessions are £50.00 for 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly. I provide therapy online via Zoom, so you can attend from the comfort of your own home, or by phone, which can be more convenient for those who need sessions between appointments or during lunch breaks.

I do offer concession rates for low-income and Student Counsellors.
